Connecting directly to PenguinVPN in Ubuntu 18.04

The "printed" directions are as follows:

1. Under Activities in the top left search for and open Software & Updates
2. Under the Ubuntu Software tab check the box that says Community maintained free and open source software (universe)
3. Click Close and when prompted click the Reload button to refresh the repository/information about the software
4. When that is done click on Activities in the top left, Search for Terminal and open it
5. Run command (hit enter after typing this line into the terminal):

sudo apt-get install network-manager-openvpn network-manager-openvpn-gnome

6. You will be prompted to confirm the install the selected software above:

Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

Enter Y on your keyboard to continue the installation

7. Open Firefox, download and save https://www.thinkpenguin.com/files/penguinvpn-new-desktop-configuration-... to your home folder

8. Open your file manager and extract the contents of the tar.gz file downloaded
9. Click on the down arrow in the top right corner
10. Then select the wrench/screw driver icon to access the settings control center
11. Under Network click the + icon next to VPN
12. Select Import from file... and find the ovpn file in the directory previously extracted
13. Click Open
14. Select password and enter your user name and password for the VPN
15. Click Add
16. Click On/off button to turn on the VPN
