This adapter for GNU/Linux lets you add up to two USB 3.0-compatible devices to your laptop through the ExpressCard/34 port for data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. The adapter is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices for wide-ranging use.
